Feeling low? How to deal with it

Feeling low? How to deal with it

Today I’m feeling like a train just run over me. I’m sleepy, tired, I feel my body with soreness and fatigue in general. My energy level, this morning, is not high at all.

But it can happen at times. The weather today is not as it’s best, windy and cloudy, at least for now. It can affects my moods.

What should we do in these case? Rest. Do whatever your body is asking you. If you can, just postpone whatever you had plan, just do it. If you don’t have to work, it’s even better. But if you have to, take it easy and slow. Personally, I do not have to work today, I’m just going to take advantage of this day to listen to my needs.

If we give ourselves space and time to process whatever informations our body is giving us, we align with ourselves and by doing so, we do recover faster. By accepting the current situation, you surround to it. By surrounding, immediately your frequency is going to pick up at some point. If we just give ourselves a little time.

Our mind is very dictatorship most of the time, pretending that you are at your 100% all time is very toxic. But accepting our highs and lows, we do understand ourselves and accept ourselves as we are. Understanding how we personally work at our best and when we do not, is essential. With this knowledge, everything is possible, using these moments to really benefit from it is the key. And whether you think you have to be at your best all the time, you must learn to cherish yourself for better or for worse. In the worse is the harder. You might be surprised on the insights, new ideas, improvements  or signs you can easily get on yourself once you embrace it.

The signs I’m talking about are little things you start noticing. I was having my morning tea, I’m a tea person, and I was sitting on my sofa while having it. When I finished sipping it, I was wondering how should I manage this weariness I‘m feeling today. I looked at my empty tea cup and I saw a heart shaped made by the humidity of the water of my tea. And there, it hit me, it lighted up a neurological conection in my brain and an idea came to my mind. I tapped into this new perception. So I started writing this post. See, that’s what I’m talking about. Let it be, let yourself be and feel it. Accept it as it is.

I’d say it takes mostly will, also time and experience. At the end of it, a treasure is waiting for you. And that, my dear reader, is the access to your true power. When we align with all of the parts of ourselves (body, mind and spirit) the golden gate of the golden palace inside you will open the doors. Your light is your treasure. It’s pure, raw. A beautiful power within we’ve all got. The purpose of life is to find balance and live by it. I found inspiration by having my tea today, by giving myself space to feel what I needed to feel. How you get there, it’s a personal journey. There is no script for it. We just find the path by walking it. No matter how you reach it, the important thing is to just start walking with the goal of finding peace, light inward. And little by little, you’ll feel it, you’ll own it and you’ll know you’re on the right track.
